What we collect
Only what you send us through our two forms — the Partner Inquiry form (company, product category, EU presence, contact name and email, optional WeChat ID, message) and the Support & Service Request form (organization, robot brand and model, issue type, urgency, description, optional attachment, contact name and email).
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your inquiry or service request. We do not use your data for marketing profiling and we do not sell or rent it to third parties.
Retention
Submitted data is kept for 24 months from your last interaction, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion or export of your data at any time. Email hello@robanchor.com for any data request.
