How is technician training handled?

Initial training at your facility or ours, refreshed per product release. Documented service manuals in EN/NL.

Currency and settlement?

Invoicing in EUR; RMB settlement can be arranged. Monthly settlement terms.

Do you resell or take a sales margin?

No. Service fees only — annual retainer plus per-ticket rates.
