2. What we collect

We process only the data you actively submit — name, company, contact details and message — when you request support, contact us or download our whitepaper. We also process minimal technical logs necessary for security (rate-limiting by IP).

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use your data solely to respond to your business inquiry and take pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to operate a secure B2B website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Storage and retention

Submissions are stored in our systems and forwarded by email to our team, retained up to 24 months after last contact, then deleted.

5. Recipients and processors

Data is accessible to our hosting and email providers acting strictly as processors. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising or profiling.

6. Your rights

You may access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to processing of your data. Contact hello@robanchor.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
